My name is Rose Bruno Bailey, and I began this blog in 2013, got fit, lost weight and moved my page to www.mychangeforaten.com. I am since a published author, a writer and a poet and of course, a blogger. I lost 70 lbs but after a move from Los Angeles to Houston I took a hiatus on my blogging due to life's ups and downs. I am ready to begin this journey to get healthy, fit and focus on wellness as a new vegan.
