Melissa Bender Fitness: My First Bikini Competition Prep: Month 1 Workouts...

Good Morning. Are you starting anew with your goals for the autumn? I did the first two weeks of this, and I am using that two weeks as my warm up and starting new today. I am doing three rounds daily plus cardio.


Trying to keep it going despite my move to San Francisco.  Thank you Melissa Bender Fitness.

We can all do it. I will chart my progress from now til the end of the year.
